This will certainly lead to the FCC fast tracking this decision. I fully expect the FCC's Internation Bureau, Satellite Division to rule on this matter by close of business...sometime in the year 2006.

The deadline for filing has passed, but they haven't made a decision yet. So I should think that we as concerned citizens would be allowed to comment on it until they get off off their butts and make the decision.
