Searching for Sat Error Code: 771 on certain channels with the HR-20

I am having the same problem but mine is very random.

I read through all posts but a little confussed over it being the reciever or the lnb's. So what do I need to tell Directv because I know they do not know anything.

Just to add to the discussion. I had a HR20 100 installed today that was getting the before mentioned symptoms. Fortunately he had another reciever in his truck and when he swapped them all was perfect. Placed the defective unit in the box and wrote "DOA" on the outside and was out the door.
