Reading this thread makes my miss my Z-71 (traded for a two wheel drive this past time after 4 straight 4x4s. Simply did not use it enough to justify the cost, weight, and fuel economy hits. I did upgrade my intake and use the hypertech programmer to get a little more oomph out of the engine. Have not gone the exhaust route yet. maybe later.

I still miss my vette. Sold it last year. ....darn it

I went on a 6 mile round trip to the county dumpster and took a load of trash... no problems, farthest the ole Blue Truck has been in a couple of years... out there digging around behind the seat seeing what I have ratholed... ;) might even change the oil as I have filters and oil for it...

1968 bronco

Mine is a 1968 Ford bronco. I've been going through it and doing a lot of work. Here are some of the particulars.
1968 bronco, dana 44, discs, hydroboost, 393w, NV3550, twin stick, EFI, 4.56 w ARB lockers, centech and Ryan's harnesses
It puts out around 450 HP and around the same torque.

A guy I used to work with's Bronco of that era is down the road at a Neighbors (he does mechanic work and is a member of the local 4wd club) It's lifted was blue now white and has lockers front and rear(also worked with the guy that had it before him) with a safari top(not sure what engine it has in it now)... My old GMC has a mini-spool in the rear and it's pretty rare that I have to put it in 4wd now... (used to be full-time but I put a kit in it)

I have a 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara(No pics) and a 1976 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu, 50,000 miles.

The Chevy is in really good shape!

It was my grandmothers, she kept it in a garage. When she died, me and my dad started working on it.

Unfortunately, with my mom dieing, me and my dad just don't feel like doing anything with it anymore.

87 Buick Grand National, bigger turbo, injectors, headers, front mount intercooler, stainless exhaust. Runs 11.80's on street tires with pump gas. Poor in the race fuel and bolt the slicks on and I have run 11.13. Still able to get 28 mpg on the highway if I can be good for that long! :D

I put new tires all the way around on my old 4x4 in October, pulled the Alpine Cassette Unit out yesterday and have the dash cut out to install a new Kenwood head unit (have an older amp and 2 in door speakers) need some cables to hook to amp, hope to get it going today... it was hard to hack up the dash, but hard to find decent units that will fit the older vehicles...
