Status of Tivo vs Dsh Network lawsuit

Hey - what's the latest on the Tivo lawsuit? I've searched the forum and the web but have not found any recent news.

05/10/07 - EchoStar is still embroiled in a legal fight with TiVo Inc. A federal appeals court decided in October to let EchoStar continue offering its digital-video recording service while it appeals an earlier jury ruling that it had infringed on TiVo's patent.
