Still have Distant Networks after midnight

6 am NY time so 3 am pst.

i thought the 12th they might go?

surely on 9/11 they won't kill distants with all the news/shows set for today and tonight...then again....

Still working here. I don't know about Fox though, I have deleted them from my set-up. Refuse to watch them any more.

The problem here is either the settlement or the injunction.

Either way, it is decided upon in court tommorrow, 12 September. And before anyone forgets, even the settlement will cut-off quite a few people.

It isn't necessarily going to be decided by the court tomorrow. Dish has a deadline of tomorrow to submit a brief to "show cause" why the court shouldn't order the shutoff. The judge might actually want to review the documents before he drafts an order on this so don't be surprised if you don't hear anything.

Absolutely right!

I wonder, though, if we will hear anything from Charlie about this tonight. Particualrly if they reach more of a settlement. Still, I am doubtful.
