• A Yankees fan, a Mets fan, & a Phillies fan are climbing a mountain & arguing about who loves his team more. The Yankees fan insists he is the most loyal. ''This is for the Yankees'', he yells, & jumps off the mountain. Not to be outdone, the Mets fan is next to profess his love for his team. He yells "This is for the Mets!!!" & pushes the Phillies fan off the mountain. (Repost if you're a Mets fan!!)

Perhaps we can turn this into a joke thread. We usually tell this joke using hockey teams, but I'll re-word for opening day.

At a divorce hearing, the judge is determining who will get custody of the son. The judge says 'I have decided the mother will get custody'. The boy says 'Don't give me to my mom, she beats me!'. 'Ok', the judge says, 'in that case I remand you to your father'. The boys says 'Don't give me to my dad, he beats me too!'. The judge is now in a quandary, until he decides 'OK, I'll give you to the Mets...they don't beat anybody.'
