I hope this is correct. I never had any ota problems until I was forced to "upgrade" the cui.

It won't fix programs recorded prior to.Did not fix my OTA playback problems.
All recordings post 504 update are bad.
I think he is talking about the OTA breakup problem, not that they're BAD bad.It might be time to call DISH and tell them your Hopper won't come on and to send you a new one.

That is not totally true. The Hopper does not have OTA breakup "while watching" but they record the breakups, just as when you watch on Joeys.None of the Hopper 3's here have the OTA break up problem.
