I can't pick those up in Minnesota but I do know in the Southern US they can

That's what i thought too, but browsing Lyngsat, it gives the following

It would appear that Tp 25,26,27 and 11674V/ 11680V on Tp23 are actually on AMC 6, at least according to lyngsat.

But judging by the content on those Transponders, sure appears it is targetted for the South
