There seems to be some confusion about upgrading the amount of discs you can have out at a time. You do not need to contact Blockbuster to have this done. DISH customer service reps can take care of this. If you call in and they are having difficulties getting this added, advise the agent to search for Movie Pass. Also if you can PM any of us DIRT agents to get this done.

I tried updating to the 2 disc package and it went through on Dish's programming site. The blockbuster website has not updated and now chat csr tells me it takes 45 days to update!!!!!! My bill has updated and I guess DISH expects me to pay for 45 days worth of this or $7.50 and not get the benefit? I already had the 10 dollar platinum so my new cost is 15 dollars. Phone csr also confirmed wrong price total and told me no price increase for extra disc but that doesn't bother me as much. Unfortunately online CSR chat was rather worthless :( Can someone clarify this please.

Upgrading the disc package is instantaneously. We select it on your account and it is $5.00 more ($15.00 a month) for the 2 Disc Option and $10.00 more ($20.00 a month) for the 3 disc option. I am sorry you were given incorrect information by the CSR. We will not bill you for a service that is not active on your account.

It should update as part of the overnight close out process. If it is not correct tomorrow, PM a DIRT member and we will look into that for you!

I was helped yesterday

I was helped upgrading yesterday by the DIRT team after getting the runaround by DISH Network Phone Support and Chat Support. However while Zach said he completed the order and gave me the correct prorate for my bill and new monthly price the changes and upgrade to 3 discs at a time haven't shown on dishnetwork.com or blockbustermoviepass.com.

I have the Platinum pack as well and upgraded to 2 discs at a time on Saturday and also see the wrong amount on my Dish summary. Mine says $15 but I think it should be $5 for the extra disc. I chatted with Dish online yesterday and was told the summary would be corrected by today but I still see $15 in the total. I'll play the patience game for a few more days and hopefully it will sort itself out.

2 out at a time is $15...($10 for the former Platinum package...which is now the BB Movie Pass package with one disc out PLUS $5 for the additional disc). If you take the three out at a time it is $20 total...$10 for the base movie pass and $5 each for the two additional discs. Your billing summary is correct.

I think the $15 is correct. All of the prorated billing should show on the statement once it's available. That's how it usually works for me. That's not to say the billing will end up correct. I usually have to wait until the bill is available to check for accuracy.

BBMP (includes Platinum TV) with 1 DVD out is $10.
With 2 DVDs out is $15.
With 3 DVDs out is $20.

Hopefully someone from DIRT will be on soon and we can get them to check.

I also emailed from the Movie Pass site about my issue, but have no reply.

Mine also says I have 1 disk out at a time even though my account page at dishnetwork.com says I have a 2 disk plan.
