Vital Program information NOT downloading

I just received my 622. I did the check switch and 110, 119, all come in with at least a 75 signal and both tuners locked in all 3 locations. Next it said "VItal program information will now be downloaded to your receiver" That was 45 minutes ago and the green part of the bar has not come up yet. How long should I wait to do anything? And what should I do.

We got our second 622 yesterday. It did the same thing. The first one downloaded right away. I waited about 20 minutes for the second one and finally unplugged it and after I plugged it back in it took the download in less than a minute after it reached that screen.

I held down the power button to do a reset and it worked fine from there. Worked fine.
