Vonage

Vonage works good, but their customer service is horrible if you have to call them over the phone. Everytime I call there they put me on hold forever and I end up speaking to someone in India who speaks broken english.

The Tech support has never been able to resolve anything for me, I usually just wait for the problem to go away on its own.

If you want to cancel, its better NOT to pay the bill as they give you the run around.
 
are there any important settings in the vonage config page? I can't access it, but the service is working. I have it set up like follows:
MODEM>ROUTER>SWITCH>VONAGE

I can't do MODEM>VONAGE>ROUTER or MODEM>ROUTER>VONAGE>SWITCH, because it will break my entire setup if I do it like that. I've put in the IP and no response comes from the browser and v-configure.com gives me the error that it is not hooked up properly.
