Not sure the exact definition of MacroBlocking
But PQ stands for Picture Quality

MacroBlocking is the same thing as pixilation, I guess. Certain small pieces of the picture are missing details: look like macro blocks. One of the video compression artifacts.

Macro blocking is a video artifact from compression. It makes the
picture appear to be composed of blocks.

PQ, I'm assuming is what people are using as an abbreviation for
