It took one day's worth of calls to 3 entities but I now have a $130
Long Distance OTA antenna with preamp (no extra charge) and locals out
to the purple zone. I'm personally VERY pleased with the customer
service at Voom and Installs Inc. The end installer was a nightmare
but the two higher in the hierarchy made it right. I didn't have to
call them but the one day and they called back thereafter, continually
until our end installer got the job done.

I've been waiting for my firefighter friend to come over and adjust my ota
so I can get ABC. I get every local channel EXCEPT abc and I have to say,
I'm starting to wonder if he's gonna do it. I chose not to bother VOOM
Customer Care because I know they're busy with more important customers and
concerns but I may have to make the call. I'll know in a few hours as my
friend said he'd do it today after work. If he does another no-show, I'll be
calling VCC. All I know is that until Alias and Extreme Makeover Home
Edition come back on, I can almost live with no ABC but when they do come
back on, I better have my ABC or there's gonna be hell to pay <VBG!!>

Dragonlady.. what's your extension? <g>
