Does it sound right that it would be at 42 degrees near Washington, D.C.?

That's significantly farther above the horizon than the DishNetwork
119 and 110 satellites. The extra 10-12 degrees would help a lot with
clearing the foliage...

VOOM, Dish Network, and Sky Angel all operate at 61.5w. Dish and Sky Angel uses the EchoStar 3 satellite. VOOM uses the Rainbow 1 satellite.
