What is a normal amount of audio/video drops when changing channels?

Hi:
It seems like I have been getting more and more audio and video drops when I switch channels (i.e. I get a black screen instead of the channel or the picture and no sound). This can usually be corrected by going up one more channel and then back to the channel I want but sometimes I have to go up and down several times. How often is this supposed to happen before I should be asking for another replacement box?

This problem is a bug in the software. Hopefully it will be corrected with the software update.

I've had the 5.68 code since it was first pushed, but only the past month or so have I noticed that when changing channels it seems much slower to lock on to a clear picture. It gradually fills in the screen. I don't think it behaved this way when first updated.
