As far as I can see, this is an "infomercial" channel (they call them "Documercials") selling time-life collections of music and TV shows. They will also have a small block of actual "classic" TV shows. As far as I can tell it will be the Dean Martin Variety Show (not the roasts), the Carol Burnett Show (30 minute syndicated version) and Get Smart.
Looks like AT&T Uverse is the only one to get it so far. But IMHO, they can keep it!
