Wilt I hope you can help me

When my wife signed on for Voom she set up a username and password. After she had done this, my 20 month old decided to turn off the computer. When she went back to the Voom site she thought she had set up the username and password again, in doing so, there are now duplicate usernames and passwords. Also we haven't had the install yet, it isn't till next week but we would like to add on an additional receiver and also change our account to VaVaVoom. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
We live in Papillion NE, hopefully you can figure out our account, if not, then let me know and I will PM you.

P.S. There is already a work ticket for this but we haven't heard back anything for two days, and no, I don't remember the ticket number.

Call VOOM they should be able to give you all of this info.

I did, and they told me to email them and that was two days ago. My installation is on the 16th so I'm kind of rushed.
