I think they were just saying the photo sharing isn't supported on anything but the iPhone 5, iPad 4, mini, and 5th gen iPod. They haven't said what hardware iOS 7 will work on yet.

yeah, you have to see the whole operating system IMO to apperciate it, I think the flow of the whole system is really really nice!
