You should get your local RSN as part of the basic package.

Yes you local RSN(s) should be included without the sports pack. And depending on what package you get, you may get neighboring RSNs too (we here in Buffalo get the Cleveland RSN for Indians games starting this year if we have the Choice Xtra pack or higher - no sports pack required).

Mine were not visible for about 24 hours after activation, don't know why, but check again cause you probably have them now.
