What transponder is chan 48 on, and what other stations are on that transponder. Think it's trans 23

Tune to your channel 48. Then click MENU on your remote then go to option 6 then 1 then 1 again. Should take you to the "Point Dish" screen. The sat you are tuned too and the TP will be listed along with signal level.
You can then take that info to "THE LIST" at the top of the Satelliteguys website and checkout that sat to see what other channels are on the Sat and TP.
Yep, it is trans 23, sat 110. Seems problem may be in tv. Now I get to tell this guy that his brand new Sharp Aquos 1080p 54" is distorting his audio
