Question about the 61.5 and 129 satellites.

I had my second dish installed this week so that I could get the Milwaukee HD locals. It points at the 61.5 satellite. I have noticed since it was installed that the channels that are mirrored on both satellites will be picked up from either the 61.5 or 129 satellites. I never know which one the receiver is using unless I check. I would like to have the mirrored channels pick up from the 61.5 satellite all the time. I get a much better signal from it. Is there any way to do this or do I just have to take what I get?

It is a dish 1000, but I don't know the exact number. It points at the 110,119 and 129 satellites. My dish 500 points at 61.5 for the HD locals.
