Hi I have the AT 200 with HD and a DVR, it looks like my bill is going up about 10 dollars a month, is this the standard price increase?

This is what I figure...

AT 200 $52.99
HD&Plat $10.00
DVR $ 6.00
722K Included in base package
______________
$68.99 + tax

...I am not sure if this is correct, but I am going by what you stated. The 722k is $17/month per additional ones. However, you said that you have just one. I would think a $0.02 increase due to the DVR fee being $5.98 before 2/1. However, you may save $5.00 if you did not have the phone connected before 2/1.

I ended up calling them, and I truly do not think they know what they hell they are talking about. I guess I was receiving two credits one for five dollars and one for three dollars that have both expired. Alas my bill will be just under 69 dollars a month. The reason I left TWC was because of the cost, now it seems as though Dish will be the higher priced service. I love the 2 room DVR, but perhaps in July when my contract is up I will consider a TWC bundle.

Maybe for a few months, then you will be wishing you stayed.

You really ought to read AT LEAST the last post before you respond, Bob Jr.

I thought this was about the additional hardware price increase from $7 to $17 (a $10 increase). Didn't notice that it might have been loyalty offer ending.

I think a lot of people wonder why their bill went up so much when the credits end. I have heard people complain that they got a big price increase and I try to explain to them that they got a discount all along that the bill does not usually jump up like that. I can only imagine what they think when they lose their loyalty discount or their promotional discount as a new customer plus the increase in fees. That will really make some people think "dang, they really jacked the rates up". People get used to paying a lower amount and will see sticker shock when they get a much higher rate suddenly.

Bob Jr. haha.
