I wiill be traveling in a RV and using a small dish that only receives one sat @ a time.I was told that to receive the major networks from the sat., that all I had to do is call dish and have them reset my location. Will I be able to use 61.5 or do I have to go to 119?

119 has the major channels, followed by 110. You do not need to change locations with Dish TV unless you are using Local channels.

Why limit you self to a single LNBF dish unless you are using a RV roof dish?

For satellite TV from an RV prospective: FTLS - Internet - Staying Connected.

Hi, you did not mention if you have a HD TV and receiver or SD. 61.5 has most of the HD programming but I'm not sure about the major networks like NBC, ABC, CBS. 110,119 has most of the SD programming. 129w has most of the HD programming and might come in handy when you travel and might find your self in a camp-site with something blocking the LOS to the other satellites. You will need a HD receiver for most of the channels on 61.5 and 129w Hope this helps, DC
