What's going on? I've noticed numerous errors. For instance, I programed in "Seat Swap" on Speed. Guide had it as 30 minutes. Was actually an hour. Cycling on Versus has also been off.Shows have been starting 30 minutes before the EPG has them scheduled.

Find power cord. Closely examine the tips of two metal tabs that you see. Reinsert in wall. ;)

Let us know if that makes any difference at all. And please, which receiver or receivers do you have?

Hey dwarren2,
Do you have more than one receiver and if so, is it happening on all of them?
Checked both my 722 and 211 and they are the same.
Look at Versus 151 this evening. According to yesterday"s promo, today's race is supposed to start at 630PM with a replay of yesterday's race at 530 PM. It also shows up that way at
Versus TV Listings - Sports- NBC Sports
The EPG has the shows at 6 PM and 7 PM
.

Hmmm. I'm about to go home now, and I'll check to see if this is the case on mine. Narrow down if it's an equipment or Dish issue.

More than likely a Tribune screw-up. Check on the D* forum since they get there info from them, too.

Checking my Directv R22 right now shows the following (Central time)

4:30 Cycling for an hour (guide says stage 4)
5:30 Cycling for an hour (guide says stage 5)
6:30 hockey pregame

so it cant be Tribune screw up ;)

Fixed it on my 211. Did not correct it on my 722. It did not download the epg.

But now I have another problem. My 211 no longer sees my ehd. What do I need to do to get it recognized?

MENU - 6 - 1 - 1 - Test will force a guide download.

As for the 211, try unplugging the USB plug from the 211 and reconnecting. Also try power cycling the EHD.

Next time suggest a Check Switch to get a new epg. The unplugging of my 211 screwed it up. I lost acess to my ehd and nothing would bring it back. Even tried putting another HD on it to see if it would reformat. nada. Dish is sending me a replacement 211.

My 922 just had a software update.. and it didn't see the EHD.. I unplugged it from the recv.. Then did a hard reset.. Unplugged the recv let it boot up. Then hooked the EHD back up and it was fine..

Think about what you are saying. If you lost power, that's the same as unplugging it. At some point you are going to lose power, by your thought you could never lose power or you would need a new 211 everytime. Either there was a problem with the 211 that would have surfaced eventually, or you just needed dish to re-hit it with the authorization. Unplugging is one of the best ways to get a receiver back to working correctly.

No! Nothing worked. Tried several rehits. Did several reboots. unplugged the ehd, both power and usb and nothing worked. No Menu-9 option. The CSR I did the on line chat is sending out a replacement for the 211.

True. Just frustrating. As I said above, we tried everything with no results.
