I only lose signal when there is cloud coverage, snow or even very light rain. I was told my readings aren't as good as they should be and since I have the protection plan to have Directv come out and realign the dish slightly.

Here are the readings, should I schedule that appointment?

That is a lot more NAs and Os than I have ever remembered. Could doing this at 2:30 am be the cause since its pitch black outside? Like I said, I never really get pixelation or loss of signal, until cloud coverage...

Should I wait and do this during the day on a decently weathered time?

The SS on 103 should be stronger. The numbers for 99 could be a little higher as well. Time to realign the dish.

So what's the process? Does a tech come out, realign and then just come in to look at the signal readings?

Also, I know it isn't going to improve my tv now but will this slight change affect how strong my signal is at in inclement weather?

Tech was super nice and informative, especially when they work for the case department. Dish was an 8th to the left so he realigned it and my readings on on setting went from mid 80s all around to all on that setting mid 90s.

It rained hardcore today and lost signal for like 5 minutes on all tvs, but that was with like heavy rain this morning...so hard you can hear it hit the ground and radiate.

I just wish it would slightly rain to see if this fixed anything.
