Problem with install How do you get past the oversea's CSR's

I had dishnetwork installed last friday and the technician and myself did not want the dish put on the roof(new). He said we would have to have our property scanned for utility lines before he digs for a post to mount the dish on. Our dish is on the ground, sitting on a pallet. Last time I called Dish, I asked for the escalations dept and the CSR supervisor said there is no such people. I'm getting the run around and am tired of it. TNX:mad:
 
This install should never have begun.

If a utility scan was needed, it should have been completed, then the install done.

This was all ack basswards.

PM one of the DIRT team members (names in RED) for help.
 
PM one of the DIRT members, they will get you set up.I worked with Zach two weeks ago to get an upgrade to HD and replace two receivers with a 722K. The tech came out and said that he could not dig a hole for the pole but that someone else would come back out and mount the dish on a pole. He installed it on a steel pallet looking rig and when I never heard back from Dish about getting someone else out I called Zach and he had someone there the next day. Those DIRT team folks are the cat's meow!
