Can I sell this 722?

I recently terminated my Dish account. I had 3 receivers and they only wanted 1 back. I assume I can sell the 111 that I bought. I also have a relatively new (May 2011) 722 which was installed by a service guy replacing a broken 622. I had considered this unit leased, but Dish said it was purchased. If I offered it for sale would a buyer be able to get it activated?

Very simple, chat on line with Dish and tell them that you are considering buying a used 722 #xxx..., can you activate it?
If they say yes, I would copy and save the conversation.
