these are all locals that are in a retransmit dispute...they're on spot beams so if the channels leave or stay nothing would happen on CONUS transponders

That's not happening. Titan reached an agreement with Dish yesterday.

From befairtitan dot com:

DISH Network and Titan TV Broadcast Group have reached a tentative long-term agreement which allows you to continue to enjoy your local programming!
