Hello I live in Wisconsin, and we here have the East feed of the channels that have East and West.

However, Telefutura in HD has the West feed.
Anybody knows why is that?

The problem is that the programing is 3 hours late than it is supposed to be.
Something is advertised at 5 PM and it airs until 8 PM, because we have the West feed instead of the East.

There's any way to solve that?

I think you are saying Telefutura has a West and East channel in HD, you only get one and it's the West feed. It should be the East feed. If I am correct, contact a DIRT CSR member here and ask them to check your account/Zip Code and see if maybe a mistake was made.

( u can)only get the west coast HD feed on the eastern arc(get both in sd) but i also get my local telefutura channel in HD too (which happens to be the east feed)

I am pretty sure this has to do with the regulations that cover broadcast networks. One cannot receive an HD feed of a network before the same time as the local channel is broadcasting the same program in their time zone. So to make things simple, EVERYONE gets HD west and the appropriate feed (East or West) in SD.

See ya

I thought that only applied to the four big networks.

That doesn't sound right since Univision is also a broadcast network and and everyone gets the east feed in HD instead of the west feed.

Snce Telefutura follows the "8, 7 central" philosophy, the East Coast feed in Wisconsin would be what they would get, if they had an OTA Telefutura station. Of course other than a few stations that run a morning newscast (usually an extension of the co-owned Univision Station's early morning newscast - such as in New York, Houston and Dallas) the programming is the same across the network - I.e., it could just be a national feed for all of the stations (a la ion) and save some bandwidth...
