That was a nice comeback and walkoff.

Now they just need to get rid of that ugly flamingo thing in center field

Two walk off grandslams in the same day. Votto just hit one against the Nats with 2 outs and down by 1 run.

At least Jered Weaver didn't take offense to coming out of the game with the Rangers ballpark blaring "Hit the Road Jack". Did you guys see him singing to it as he was walking off the field?

The Rangers are proving that they are definitely the better team.

Ya THINK?????!!!!! I honestly don't know what is going on with the Angels now. I am beginning to think that some coaching/managerial changes might be in the works. Is it possible that players have lost touch with "The Scioscia Way"?

I think the issue is that they have too much talent. Everyone they have is capable of being a top starter in most teams, but when they only get to play part of the time they never get a chance to stay sharp. I think they would be a better team if they got rid of Wells, Hunter, and Morales for some bullpen help and proven strong bench players.

Hunter and Wells are past their prime and are taking up playing time for the more talented Trout and Bourjas. And Morales is a middle of the order decent first baseman that needs to play everyday and it wont happen with Pujols at first.

There has been talk (there's always talk...but) recently about trading Bourjas. This is absurd! Hunter will be gone next season and with the way Bourjas played over the weekend it is senseless to trade a certain future star for a quick fix this season. There is truth in what you say, but everyone looks at Morales as one thing...a big bat. I doubt they'll try and get rid of him now that he is back and healthy.

That is the problem with these big contracts. The more talented players that may actually contribute to winning are stuck on the bench while the big contract guys whom are past their prime are forced to play everyday.
