You SOB's took away FOUR channels that I LIKED VERY MUCH and watched often, you replaced them with garbage that I do not like or watch and you continue to charge me the same rate.

When I called to complain you offered to give me free SPORTS for three months. SPORTS??? Are you retarded?
I objected to that offer and you then countered with an offer of Starz (or some other lame, SD channel lineup) for 12 months at 99 cents a month. I also declined that lame, weak offer.

Your response to that was "So sorry, too bad, that's all we will offer you, period, take it or leave it."

I asked about the free Roku boxes you were giving out to EVERYONE ELSE by the truckload. You told me "Sorry, we can't offer you that."

Well SCR3W YOU TOO......... :finger:

My bill is due on the 20th of each month but more than a week before it is due you send nasty letters in the mail saying my account is at risk of being cut off for non-payment.
And the envelopes have a late warning printed on the outside that makes it look like I'm a dead beat that doesn't pay on time. EVERY MONTH...
I pay every month, ON OR BEFORE THE DUE DATE, I HAVE NEVER ONCE BEEN LATE!! HOW HUMILIATING!!!!

Then today you email me with some message that as a "Dish Perk" you've added a sports channel to my package? SPORTS AGAIN????? I would not watch ANY sports if you paid me to!! Idiots!! DO NOT WANT....

I got the AT250 package and I DECLINED the special reduced monthly rate and instead opted to pay FULL BLOWN TOP DOLLAR from the very beginning of my signing up as a Dish customer!

I'm paying just under $100 a month, the premium rate and this is all I get for it?

KISS MY AZZ........

I'm here to tell you that I am a DISSATISFIED and UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!

I expect NOTHING to change, you arrogant, greedy jerks...

:down :mad: :rant::down :mad: :rant::down :mad: :rant::down :mad: :rant::down :mad: :rant::down :mad: :rant::down :mad: :rant::down :mad: :rant::down :mad: :rant::down :mad: :rant::down :mad: :rant::down :mad: :rant:

In the nicest way possible Deann...Why don't you switch your service?

I am curious as well. Were I that dissatisfied with any company, in no way would I continue doing business with them.

That said I know people sometimes just need to rant, this seems beyond that however.

you JUST found this out? They've been gone for months

and if you dont like it leave....you are on a month to month contract with Dish since you bought the equipment

I'm sure you can set it up so you dont get them. My account was set up the same (pay as you go) and I NEVER got a letter....an e-mail letting me know it was coming up due which was a great reminder.

because you didnt want the contract. And its ironic that when FTA had History you said you'd NEVER go with Dish, DIrectv or cable.
Then History went...well History and some of the folks mentioned the Welcome Pack for $15 and you "thought about it"

so now you pay $100 a month huh.......ironic

Just because a TV provider meets your needs when you sign up does not mean that you should stay with it for life. Shop around and find a provider/package that suits your needs, or consider cutting the cord. Given $100/month, you can buy a lot of internet entertainment.

When did AT250 cost $100 a month?

AT250 is $69.99; AEP is $104.99. (all before taxes of course)

Maybe extra receivers, BB@Home, premiums, a la carte, etc.?

That's what i thought! And from what i remember she only has a single 211 purchased from Iceberg!! I don't know. Maybe she has HBO and Max too?

A 211 would be her primary receiver at no extra cost as it is included in the base price. There would be no DVR fee even if she integrated it into a DVR (for a one-time $40 fee and external hard drive).

HBO alone is $16/month; Cinemax is $13/month.
HBO and Cinemax together would be $26/month. ($35/month for 3 premiums; $44/month for 4 premiums)

BB@Home is $10/month; Protection Plan is $7/month.

Sundance Channel (one of the four channels dropped) was in BB@Home ($10/month).

Dee, you are supposed to mix something with your alcohol, not drink it straight out of the bottle. That is why they call it mixed drinks. About an once of liquor and the other 7 ounces your choice of nonalcoholic beverage.;)

In addition, SatelliteGuys did not take the AMC Networks from you. I think you should address this to Dish. Maybe you can send this to them via Facebook (maybe even by private messaging them), e-mail, chat, or/and phone.

AT250 + HD (she refused to even pay the $99 fee) so we're up to 80 bucks
She only has the 211 I had so there is no DVR fee
