Dexter: Season 7

Are You...?: Sunday, 30 Sept 2012 (9:00 PM ET)

"Deb tries to cover up involvement in Travis' murder; Detective Mike Anderson has an unfortunate run-in; Quinn and Batista made amends; LaGuerta rethinks the Bay Harbor Butcher case."

Lots of stuff happening in this episode after last seasons big cliffhanger.

Don't forget to rate this episode over at IMDb.com: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2134715/

What I found to be disturbing, even more disturbing than Dexter's issue, is after thirty-some years Deb, with the help of her therapist, realizes she has the hots for Dexter's trouser assassin simply because they are not biological brother and sister. Talk about disturbing! The two lived as brother and sister, and they interacted as brother and sister their entire lives. I would say that Deb is in need of therapy, but we all see what good that did her.

I didn't like how this season began with Dexter being under his sister's watchful eye...but I like how it's shaping up with some really interesting bad guys, and a mobster type just begging for to be taken out with the trash. :)

Can't wait for Deb to "be a part of it", which is where she is heading. Had they not taken this turn, I would have been done with the show after the last season disaster.

I am maybe an episode behind. Deb discovers Dexter's trophies and the knives and confront him. I am not sure I like the way she I'd trying to reform him. Not sure what the reaction would have been but isn't she now involve in the crimes by not surrendering him to the police. I mean she is the lieutenant. I have a feeling that this is not going to end well for her and Dexter will have to kill her. Maybe this is what is going to push him over the edge and lose control.
