Patient Channel SES2 87W

Is the Patient Channel on SES2 87W gone along with the other healthcare feeds on that satellite.

MicroHD blind scans it in here as Ch2 without a problem, Primestar 84E with a PLL LNBF hose-clamped to it.

Strange! I have tried all available blind scan modes and I'm using a 1.2M Geosat pro dish, except for manual input scan, it doesn't scan in. I have a 71% quality on the transponder.

It's a strange thing alright. I have a 71% on that transponder as well.

For those having trouble blind scanning in the transponder (which I get at 11801 H 2686), do you have the LPB Baton Rouge Feeds (11804 H 1250) transponder scanned in? If so, I wonder whether the close proximity of the two transponders is causing it not to blind scan in. I found the new transponder first on the Pansat 3500SD during a blind scan. Since it was very close to the LPB transponder (which I believe had scanned in at a slightly lower number than I now get it) and the LPB transponder had been flaky (always strong signal, but sometimes was hard to get it to show up) I deleted it before I blind scanned for the Patient Channel, since when I checked it before blind scanning for the Patient Channel it was no where to be found. Anyhow, the Patient Channel transponder showed up on the first blind scan, but later it did take several detailed scans (setting the AZBox scan step to 1000 KHz) for the LPB transponder to show up.

It might be very similar to 30W which has numerous transponders that are very close to one another, and a blind scan (unless very detailed), will constantly miss some. Even a detailed scan can skip over one or two!

I also had to manually add 11804 H 1250, normal blind scan missed it as well. I havn't tried the accurate scan yet. Perhaps its low low SR?

But on 30W, 12053 V 27624 and 12053 H 27500, doesn't get any closer than this pair, manual blind scan picks them up no problem.

I tried the Accurate blind scan and it also missed 11800 and 11804. But I picked up 2 new TPs.
12045 V 3199, Florida Channel.
12074 V 6510, Worship Service.

Those two, being opposite polarity, won't interfere with each other. The transponders I was referring to were the vertical group that are: 11960, 11964, 11967, 11974, 11978, 11982 and 11985, all with SR under 3500.
