Approx 7 days ago upgraded to HWS and 1 Joey, was told it would take a few days for all of the apps to work - waiting patiently, but nothing seems to be changing.
Additionally, from the "main menu --> My Account" is not working.

Pandora, Photo Sharing, SiriusXM, Dish Music - all do not work. Either get blue screen, or for Pandora, just says "wait" and nothing happens.

Apps that do work: Game Finder, The Weather Channel, Facebook, Social

This is the second HWS they delivered because the first had more problems than this.
It is not the wireless connection because on-demand works, and diagnostics say connection is fine.
Also, my Denon Receiver, and Samsung Blu-Ray Player, are also wireless and have no problems streaming Pandora.

Also tried rebooting receiver and internet router.

Software Version is S330 12/20/13.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Everyone has issues with these things right now, you will need to wait on a new software update coming around the 11th of Jan I think. Try unplugging hopper all night long or several hours and let it redownload next day other than that just gotta be patient and wait on new software.

i tried it and it worked when is the next software updates.also are we seeing coming with the hopper when the CES sometime next week?

I was told to just wait and wait and wait and if it still doesn't work to be thankful you get TV and dvr because that's what you are really paying for.

I'm not sure but the "Factory Reset" or like name might well reset your timers just be sure they have been stored in the remote.
Better stored in 2 of them. It will do that every week or two.

but what about the timers? will a reset wipe them out?
"Reset" is the wrong word - don't get hung up on that. I'm 99% certain the word they meant to use is nothing more than "restart", i.e. use the little, red button behind the front-panel flip-down door to reboot the receiver. That said, based on the multiple threads on this same issue, it won't help.

The red button reset and for that matter the power cord pull do not change timers (except to temporarily stop them) or any settings.
You will lose/break any recordings for the duration of the restart/reset of about 3 minutes.
It does not help do any EHD transfers but it is too bad Dish cannot abort the transfer in any milder manner.
There should be a menu item or the red button to allow you to ignore the transfer and try something else without losing control and recordings.

The weather app I use all the time and now it loads, looks like it is working and then the message pops up saying Data not Available. Have used red button (mainly to get caller ID back) but not power cord. Will try that. When the East is having weather issues is when this dies. HATE IT.

Leave the weather app in the L shaped view and it should work. Full screen is having a problem. I was told it's being worked on when I contacted chat support about it.
