Having to change password

Why do we have to change our password every 180 days? This is the only site where I have to do this and to make matters worse I can never remember what I changed it to. Its not like this site contains any sensitive information like credit card numbers or bank account numbers. I tried to log in today and it took me many tries because my password was not what I remembered. frustrating.

Scott has it setup so you can reuse the same password.

It's a security issue related to site being hacked a year or so ago ... If you change it you can change it back to previous password I believe.

Tried to use old password but it would not let me.

I just checked the settings and it is set to allow you to use the same password again. As a test on one of my other test accounts I just tried it and was able to reuse the same password again.
