Same here. I noticed it specifically with Perception the other night and thought it was a one time anomaly. I just looked at my schedule and I had to manually reset Through The Wormhole next Wednesday but Legit rescheduled itself OK.
 
I just noticed that when I select record this in the guide it immediately takes me back to live tv. I would rather it keep me where I am in the guide.
