went to up grade to a dvr and the rep that I need to talk to a dish network tool team repesative just curious what they do

It has to do with the tools the agent uses, and when something they're using (the software on their computer) doesn't function correctly, they have to talk/chat with someone who is on a team that can resolve the issue for them.
