Can't Activate Joey's

I activated my Hopper 3 and I can't activate my joeys. I called multiple times and they are saying my joeys arn't compatible. I also have a Joey2 and they are saying that it is a joey 1.0. How do I activate them?

Are your Joeys existing receivers or are they new?

they are existing receivers, they removed them from my account when I activated the Hopper 3

That's probably the problem. They are either Joey 1 receivers or Dish just thinks they are.

Dish thinks they are, I have a similar situation. Was identified by HWS MoCA test as a JoeyCR, on the H3 it shows as a Joey 2.0. Dish's system thinks it's a Joey 1.0.
