Does anyone know if Dish is going to have the skip over the superbowl game to commercials this year?

I will be watching the game but others might want to just see the commercials

That was a nice surprise last year from Charlie. I hope he does it again this year for us.

The only reason I watch the Super Bowl is for the funny new commercials and the half time show. I could care less who is playing ,because I don't really care for sports.

Just curious, but does Dish have to get permission from the NFL to do this ? On the one hand, I can't see why the NFL would care because their advertisers aren't being cut out.

I checked all 4 of my Hoppers and none of them have the option to skip the game and watch the commercials, any idea why.

Did you record it? Super Bowl was not in my Prime Time so I can't check to see what it does in PTAT. I know I recorded the program in my space and I have it, just like last year. There is something in the back of my head that says that you had to specifically set a recording last year to get it but my mind isn't what it once was... Also, are you seeing a Kangaroo?
