VICE TV Thoughts? ( H2 replacement)

My bad..Feb 29..probably just a stunt..doesn't look like a real dispute
Juan, next time do what I did: skip through the guide past the "stunt" to see all the programming. Yes, it was a stupid publicity stunt for ViceLand.

I don't get how all the younglings who stream everything are EVER gonna watch a linear channel like this. It seems an edgier version of GQ, etc. channels.

He his saying, next time, there wouldn't be a need for a first or a second post...ie. no thread at all.
Get wheez..I didn't realize only the select few can start a conversation. .it's just a discussion and a popular one

But that discussion started off on the wrong tone and led to people checking the channel before the official launch and now they are anti-Viceland. #ThanksJuan

Also Weediquette is damn interesting thus far. I'm not sure how they can stretch this over multiple seasons though unless they look at regional and local areas/hotspots.

Noisey and Gaycation don't have that issue and Flophouse seems like a mixture of a few CC shows and can change up the standup comics each episode.

It's just this kind of over-reaction that got you to start this thread in the first place. :)

I kind of liked Vice Lab because it reminded me of adult swim. That said, I'm not sure I'd care to watch every episode, but it's the kind of thing I'd watch if I ran across it flipping channels.

Viceland has a different target demo then H2, the channel it replaced.

H2's target demo are 35-death or history buffs that were interested in War history and Aliens in history? Or other history.

Viceland's target demo is teens-35, mostly Millennials, the LGBT community, and the people with alternative lifestyles which includes hipsters, environmentalists and vegans.

I just watched the tent preacher show. Well, I FF'd thru most of it.

The PQ was good.

.

I wonder how long it will be until this flops and they swap to something else? Maybe they'll eventually go back to the old History International. I seriously doubt it, but what goes around comes around. I bet Viceland doesn't last for too many years.
