It's actually on par. HD is 10 dollars less, and SD is 20 dollars less from UHD, 10 dollars less from HD.

Not at all. It's called the 4k live events channel. UFC 200 is a live event. It shouldn't matter if you have to pay for it or not. Plus the 4K PPV movie channel CINE4K is right next to it at 105.
