Dish Anywhere: Need to Authenticate

I try to transfer a program to the iPad, and it seems to go, but when done, it does not appear on the list. And it's still in the DVR.

So on the iPad I go to Transfers, and I have several programs, all with "Need to Authenticate." But nothing I do will get them accessible.

What can I do to gain access to these programs, or at least get new ones to transfer?

I did not previously have everything prepared for mobile, since we don't do it much- but I've changed that setting to all.

Leaving town Friday evening, hoping to take some programs with us.
 
HWS. BTW, I have two HWS and a purchased Joey 1.

Just tried to transfer a recent Aerial America. It said Preparing, and transferring and took a few minutes. Now at the end, it says, under Transfers, "There are no results found under MY QUEUE." And the program is still on my DVR.

I am now recording something with prepare for mobile and I'll try to transfer that.

I don't want to reload the app because I'm concerned I may lose some recordings.

Most of the shows that 'transfer' to my Android devices stay on the DVR too.

On the App select Transfers and at the top of the screen you can select 'My Videos' instead of 'My Queue' which should show your videos.
 
That's where it says need to authenticate.

I have now tried to transfer one set tonight as prepare for mobile, and it simply did not transfer. After several minutes of prepare and transfer.

And this was something recorder tonight. Small town big deal

Anybody else? Leaving in a few hours and was hoping for a miracle.
 
As I can imagine.

I won't have much time to deal with Dish between getting home and leaving. Sorta last option.
 
"Like" isn't quite the right thing, but there 'tis.

Just for sake of asking, did you logout of the app and sign in again? Sometimes it gets flaky and requires a refresh of credentials to get working again.

Don't remember. I guess I could try that here, but we are no where near the Hoppers.
