What's your Sling TV monthly bandwidth usage?

I am considering switching from Dish to Sling TV or possibly ATT's streaming service.
I am curious to learn what has been your monthly bandwidth usage and roughly how many hours on average you stream programs from home?
Asking mainly to ensure that I don't lose that cost savings in programming against paying for overages with my ISP.
Many thanks!

I have my Sling TV set to medium bandwidth (to save usage and still decent picture in HD, 1.2) and I stream between 8-13 hours per day. (I am disabled) and I am allowed 1TB per month. Roughly comes out to between 650-800GB per month. Hope these details help. By the way, Sling has 4 bandwidth settings. Unlimited, high, medium, and low. I found at the high setting, it was going over or very close to my daily usage of 33GB (33GB per day times 31 days equals 1TB) as to where medium always comes in under so if I go over that usage a day or 2 it's OK because I have a buffer. Works for me. Not sure if ATT has a bandwidth adjustment or not.

I didn't know you can adjust the bandwidth. Where is this setting?

You can save data with PS Vue if you are watching more to enjoy specific programs than to fill your day with TV on in the background. By fastforwarding through commercials using Vue's cloud DVR, you cut a good 15 minutes per hour of commercials. I do leave live sports running in the background at times as well and only use 300-350 GB/month, which includes my Netflix and Prime use (1080p).

With all my services, I probably watch 3-5 hours on weekdays, maybe a couple hours more on weekends.
