Believe it or not, I tried to watch 4K via Hopper for the first time today, and WOW, has it been unpleasant. When I select UHD 4K program, the screen goes black for a few seconds, and then the Samsung 7000 series TV indicates there is no HDMI signal. Only way to get out of it, is to reset Hopper. Have tried three times, with same result. Is there a setting I've overlooked? Can't figure this one out.

First, what program were you trying to watch. It is not unusual for a screen to go black for a few seconds while the TV changes from a usual 1080i to UHD. I know mine (a Vizio P75-C1) does. Have you tried, just for jeepers when you get the no signal on HDMI, uplugging the HDMI from the Hopper and then plugging it back in? It sounds like a handshake issue.

YuDaMan, Bobby!! Unplugging HDMI did it. I even exited Netflix then went back. Wonder why it required that little trick?
