Upgrading tomorrow

Decided to upgrade to H3 from 2 HWS. HD was going bad on one of my HWS. So what can I expect/look forward to? Seems like a lot of mixed results on here.

I have an ehd on 1 hws but not on the one going bad. Which is the one my daughter uses

I love the H3's. No issues here after replacing a defective unit.

I have an H3 and 2 Fire sticks as "extra receivers." Love it

I think the H3 is the best DVR out there, but I also never liked the VIP series and I haven't used a modern DTV box either. But again, I do prefer it to the Comcast X1, Tivo Bolt, all the Verizon Quantum hardware, older Hoppers, and the VIP series (which I always hated).

*edit* I don't use EHDs so I have no opinions about them and how they do or do not work with the H3.
