I have a question about japanese international package

I am on the WA arc if I order the Japanese international package is that just 1 channel or multiple channels?

Looks like just TVJapan in HD and SD which looks like it includes TBS Japan and NHK....although it says 3 channels??

Be aware we just got a message from TV Japan that they are leaving Dish Network for DirectTV on April 2nd (a little less than a month).
