Is there a way to set a timer to auto tune to a channel in the middle of a program?
For instance on Fox news, can a timer be set for 11:00 am on a program that starts at 9:00 am and ends at 12:00? If so how to do it?

On a Hopper you can use DVR/Timers/Options/Create a Timer.

I created a timer. It does not show in the guide for tomorrow but it does show for Friday. will see if it works Friday
