Signed up for CBS Access on Prime Video on my hopper 3. Tried to watch a program that was a week old. Pressed select and it would not open. However, I could press select on something i did not want to watch and it worked. Tried several times, would not work even though computer said i was on free trial for cbs access. Any ideas before i have to get on long conversation with dish and/or cbs all access.

Is your local CBS station involved with the Nexstar takedown by any chance?
And that is why it isn't working correctly. The app is tied to DISH which supports, or in this case, doesn't support your local CBS station.
