My OTA local Phoenix NBC CH 12 through DISH doesn't work since the Olympics ("Signal has been lost..."! I have been using my OTA with my dual USB converter for several years now and I pickup close to 100 OTA channels without any problems EXCEPT now NBC. All my OTA channels INCLUDING NBC plugged directly to my TV work perfectly. What the heck is going on?

That is always the first thing to do when you have OTA issues with the adapter on the Hopper. I did that recently and picked up another 10 LPTV channels…
