Thought it's really cool to send Digital Narrowband live video on upper HF And VHF low bands!

I guess OFCOM, similar to FCC allowing the narrow band video to be used on low bands.

The FCC here would have a heart attack if is proposed it here in U.S.!

Wish there was a simple way just to view this kind of broadcast. And it is only seems to be across the pond to receive it?
